Working Principle:
This machine adopts the principle of centrifugal collision and five-stage grinding technology. It uses high-speed rotating cutter head blades to break and grind food waste into fine particles. After the waste is ground, it is discharged into an oil-water separator to achieve solid and liquid separation, avoiding Secondary pollution, the separated liquid can be discharged directly into the sewer.

2. The new 5-level grinding technology is used to easily crush various food wastes and grind more thoroughly.

   2. Secondary grinding: The waste is quickly cut under the action of double blades, thereby further fragmenting.
   3. Three-level grinding: The garbage is thrown on the ring gear wall at high speed, and is squeezed and bitten by the teeth on the ring wall.
   4. Four-level grinding: Through the interaction of the striking plate at the bottom of the grinding disc and the sharp edges of the round teeth, the waste is further cut and cut.
   5. Five-stage grinding: After the rubbish passes the above four stages of grinding, it is filtered and cut.
